How do I know if class is cancelled? If you are taking lessons at Tuckahoe Recreation Club, please contact the front desk (703-356-1205) for weather related updates and cancellations. All lessons at Langley Club will receive an e-mail within 1-2 hours prior to class start times. If you do not receive an e-mail, contact the Director of Tennis, Mani@TopNotchTennis.com
What happens if class is cancelled? Class or camp may be made up on an alternative day the camp/class is offered. In order to make up, contact Mani (Director of Tennis) directly to schedule the make-up class.
Can I pro-rate a session? Yes, on a case-by-case basis. If classes/camps are full, pro-rated amounts will not be permitted.
What is the student/pro ratio? All classes and camps will have a 6:1 (student/pro) ratio.
Are there make up classes for cancellations? Yes, classes will be made up on the alternative day the class is offered or will be credited towards a future session.
How do I go about signing up for private or semi-private lessons? Contact the tennis professionals directly via e-mail. Their contact information is located on the "meet your coaches" page.
What equipment should I bring? Tennis racquet, tennis/athletic shoes, water bottle, and athletic apparel. Sandals and crocs are not permitted.
Are there refunds on missed classes? There are no refunds on missed classes (unless due to sickness/emergency/injury)
What is the minimum number of participants a class must have to start? Classes need 4 pre-registered participants and all camps need a minimum of 6 pre-registered participants.
