FREE SLOW FLOW YOGA!
Though we are going through some tough times right now, we are thinking of a unique way to fill your hearts and minds with happy thoughts and positive energy by offering a FREE virtual yoga session (for all yoga levels) on Thursday, May 21 from 4pm-5pm!
YOGA CLASS: SLOW FLOW
THURSDAY, MAY 21 FROM 4PM-5PM
Slow Flow is an all-levels class designed for you to practice mindful movement alongside a slow and controlled breath. We will activate that sacred space of calm and connection within ourselves and our nervous system. In the course of an hour, you will build strength and stamina working the entire body, while providing nourishment to mind and soul through the observation of the breath. This yoga class will be instructed by Katie Velencia.
What You Need For The Yoga Class:
Comfy clothes, water bottle, towel, and a yoga mat (no worries if you don't have one! A rug or soft floor works!)
Once you sign up, we will follow up on Wednesday, May 20 with the zoom online login information.
